Delete your account

In the app

Open Settings, find the Account group, and tap Delete account. The app asks once to confirm, then deletes the account at once. You are signed out; the app keeps working, and the next time you use Assist it starts a fresh anonymous account, as it did on first launch.

What is deleted

Everything the service holds about the account: the account itself, the count of Assist actions used this month, the record of any purchase bound to it, and the sign-in at Firebase that linked it to your Google or Apple account. Nothing is kept afterwards, and there is no waiting period.

What is not

Your scans, which never left your phone, stay on it; uninstall the app to remove them. A backup in your own Google Drive stays in Drive until you delete the folder there. A Premium subscription is billed by Google Play or the App Store under your store account and keeps renewing until you cancel it in the store; deleting the account does not cancel it, and the app says so before it deletes.

Without the app

If the app is already gone from your phone, email ceo@wazeem.com from the Google or Apple address you signed in with, and the account is deleted by hand within a few days.
